Terms of Use.

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of sfdcpi.com, a free Salesforce learning blog run by an individual based in India. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the content

All articles, images and site design are © the owner of sfdcpi.com unless stated otherwise. You may read, share links to and quote short parts of articles with a link back. You may copy and adapt the code samples into your own projects, commercial or not, at your own risk. You may not republish whole articles or images without written permission.

Educational content, no guarantees

Content is provided for general education only, “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Salesforce features, limits and exams change often, so always check the official Salesforce documentation and test code in a sandbox before using it in production. Study guides do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam.

Comments and member accounts

If you comment or create an account, keep it respectful and on topic. Do not post spam, illegal content, other people’s personal data, or content you do not have the right to share. We may remove comments or accounts that break these rules. You keep ownership of your comments and allow us to display them on the site.

Purchases and refunds

The site is free. We do not sell products, courses or subscriptions, so there are no payments, returns or refunds. If that changes, we will publish a separate refund policy before taking any payment.

Advertising and links

The site may show ads from Google AdSense and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of advertisers or linked sites. Ads are not endorsements.

Trademarks

Salesforce, Apex, Lightning, Agentforce and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Salesforce.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its code samples, including data loss, downtime or failed deployments.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any rights your local law gives you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: use the Contact page at sfdcpi.com/contact.
